Text notices

Ascent · Pickle Software LLC

What they are

Ascent can send its members short text notices about their school: class cancellations, schedule changes, and a note that a new announcement is waiting. They are sent by Ascent (Pickle Software LLC) from +1 833 242 1441, and each one begins with the name of your school. There is no marketing.

How you opt in

Texting is off unless you turn it on. In the Ascent app, open Profile, then Notifications, enter your mobile number, and switch on “Text me dojo announcements”. Nobody is opted in by their school or by anyone else.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message, or turn the same switch off in the app. Either one ends the texts straight away. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@picklesoftware.dev.

Cost and frequency

Message frequency varies with what your school posts. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

Your mobile number is used to send these notices and is not sold or shared for marketing. See the privacy policy.
